Boring drive. Northwest Florida has not show us much in the way of photo opportunities.
One small high point was Carrabelle Beach (pics below) Nothing too special but a nice roadside beach picnic area.
Arrived in Apalachicola around 3pm. Very pleasantly surprised. We found an attractive and quaint shoreside community. Working hard to become a tourist destination but slowly with significant attention to detail. Like a mini Nantucket forty years ago. Apalachicola pics on Friday.
Have a feeling we'll spend an extra day here.
