Florida burn and Cape Coral

Started the day with a huge brush fire that was burning directly in our path across Alligator Alley. Forced us to backtrack and try Tamiami Trail. But that was blocked too. So we headed north and crossed the state via Belle Grande just south of Lake Okeechobee. What a pain.

Arrived Cape Coral around 2pm. Ran out to explore Pine Island, the poor mans Sanibel. Not developed much but if you want to live on a lot with a canal in your back yard with access to the Gulf that is yours to keep you boat and use for less than $150k it's a great deal. The canal section that abuts your lot is yours and on your deed.

Up to St. Petersburg tomorrow. Charles with look at a Porsche Boxter, a Mercedes Roadster and Possibly an Audi Roadster.
If he finds one he likes and he can get in and out of it easily I'd bet he'll have one in his garage by June.
