Love it and a big disappointment

We decided to bail on the Air Show.  Too hot to sit out in the sun for several hours and both of us have seen the Blue Angels on several occasions while living in Seattle.

Probably what we both love most about being in a warm climate is the ability to be outside in shorts and a light shirt. And especially to be able to dine outside for every meal.  Such a joy.

On the other hand for this trip's timing we have not been able to be in the ocean comfortably.   The water temperature is just too cool to relax in the water without a wet suit.  And donning a wet suit, even just the jacket, greatly diminishes the desire to swim and/or snorkel.  Even the canal by the house where we had intended to swim is too cool.  It also doesn't flush well so the water is not particularly inviting.  Two big disappointments.
